How do I know my donation has been processed?

As long as a correct email address has been entered on the "donate now" page, you should receive a receipt by email almost immediately. If you don’t receive an emailed donation receipt within 24 hours, please check your spam folder first before contacting us at helpdesk@donatenow.co.nz. Please include your name, the amount of the donation, the date of the donation and the charity the donation was made to and a copy of the receipt will be sent.

 

Is it safe using my credit card on the Internet?

Yes, very much so. Firstly, we do not keep or store any credit card details anywhere on our site - our settlement service provider Paystation handles all our credit card transactions. Secondly, we use the highest levels of security protocols and systems available so your transaction is completely safe.

 

How do I change the amount of my regular donation?

If you wish to change the amount of your regular donation send an email to helpdesk@donatenow.co.nz with your details and we will action your request. An email will be sent to confirm that your regular donation has been changed.

 

How do I stop my regular donation?

Keeping your regular donation going makes a huge difference to the lives of New Zealand children but if you find you are no longer able to continue your regular support please email your request to helpdesk@donatenow.co.nz and we will cancel this immediately. An email will be sent to confirm that your payment has been stopped.

 

How do I get a copy of my receipt?

If you require a copy of your receipt please email helpdesk@donatenow.co.nz.
Please include your name, the amount of the donation, the date of the donation and the charity the donation was made to and a copy of the receipt will be sent.

 

How do I update my email address?

If you want to update your contact details please contact us by email at helpdesk@donatenow.co.nz.
Please include your name, phone number and old email address.
